Our returns policy is designed to be fair, clear and consistent with UK consumer law.

Your Rights

Your statutory rights are not affected.

You may notify us that you wish to cancel an eligible online purchase within 14 days of receiving it. You then have a further 14 days to return the product.

Our 30-day returns policy provides additional time for eligible unused products, subject to the conditions shown below.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your product arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact us via the Contact page with photos so we can help resolve it under our returns policy and your statutory rights.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow a few working days for the refund to appear once processed.

Return Condition

Items must be unused and returned with all included accessories and original packaging where required.
Items showing signs of use beyond what was necessary to inspect the product may not be eligible.
Requests made outside the return window may not be accepted.
